POUNDä is a full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric poses, and plyometrics into a 45-minute series. Burn between 400 and 900+ calories per session, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique – all while rocking out to your favorite music! Through continual upper body motion using lightly weighted drumsticks, called Ripstix®, you will turn into a calorie-torching drummer, POUNDäing off the pounds as each song flies by. Ripstix® are provided, however, you will need to provide your own yoga mat.
