POWERPUMP: Total body workouts that will get you toned, increase your strength and endurance through a variety of body weight and weighted exercises. Each workout is different and varies at the discretion of the instructor to create a challenging workout for all fitness levels. Arrive early for setup. (55 minutes)
ABS: The name says it all! A concentrated abdominal workout designed to develop endurance and strengthen your midsection. Trust us, 10 minutes is just enough time to get those abs you’ve been looking for!
30/30: Come in and get your cardio and weights in one 30 minute class of cycling followed by another 30 minutes of POWERPUMP. Get ready to sweat and have fun! (60 minutes)
YOGA: A body and mind workout, utilizing yoga movements for strength and flexibility. Class length has been modified for the gym setting. (60 minutes)
PILATES (Mat): Pilates based mat work exercises that focus on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles in lower back and abdominals. Pilates is designed to improve balance, coordination and body awareness. (60 minutes)
STEP: Take your workout to a new level with this high intensity, moderate impact workout. This is a straightforward step class using adjustable step platforms. (60 minutes)
