Consists of two different segments – 30 minutes of Spinning followed by 30 minutes of Power Pump. Get ready to sweat and have fun! (60 minutes)

ABS

Concentrated abdominal work designed to develop endurance and strengthen your midsection. (10 minutes)

BODY PUMP

This is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! (60 minutes)

H.I.T

A strength and conditioning program developed by combining elements of training workouts used by law enforcement, military, elite and professional athletes, functional training adaptable and beneficial to any age group and any fitness level. This class requires set-up so late-comers cannot be accommodated. (60 minutes)

KICK BOXING

This explosive, upbeat cardiovascular workout emphasizes footwork, body mechanics, punching and kicking combinations. (60 minutes)

PILATES ON MAT

Pilates based mat work exercises that focus on strengthening and stabilizing the muscles in lower back and abdominals. Pilates is designed to improve balance, coordination and body awareness. (60 minutes)

POWER PUMP

A total body workout with an emphasis on increasing muscle tone, strength and endurance through the use of barbells and hand weights. A challenging workout for all fitness levels. Please arrive early for set-up. (60 minutes)

SPINNING

Stationary cycle workout in a studio setting based on street and off-road biking. 1st time riders please be 5 minutes early so you can be set up properly Water and towel a must! Limited to 25 participants per class. (45 minutes)

STEP

Take your workout to a new level with this high intensity, moderate impact workout. This is a straightforward step class using adjustable step platforms. (60 minutes)

YOGA

A body and mind workout, utilizing yoga movements for strength and flexibility. Class length has been modified for the gym setting. (60 minutes)

ZUMBA

The fitness class that allows you to dance away all your worries. Dance exercise to a mixture of music like salsa, meringue, belly dancing, cumbia, reggae…just to name a few. Fun, different, and easy! (60 minutes)

*Our professional group fitness instructors are certified by one or more of the following: ACE, AFAA, ACSM, STEP REEBOK, YogaFit, Fitour, BodyPump, and Madd Dog Spinning.
