New Member First Workout

As part of our commitment to you, we offer our new members a complimentary fitness evaluation and a first workout with one of our Personal Trainers. In this session your trainer will work with you to create an achievable workout plan, teach you about the equipment, and help you feel confident enough to come back and work out on your own.
