Nutrition Program

“Eat a rainbow.” Ever heard that before? Those are words to live by; they are the simplest, easiest guidelines for eating healthy on a daily basis. By eating a variety of foods that are different in color we assure ourselves that we are getting the various, essential, micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) that play a major role in how our body functions. Additionally, they can be key components that help facilitate weight loss and weight gain.

When it comes to evaluating your current eating plan there isn’t a certain number on a scale or a specific pants size that will tell you if your current food intake is adequate in essential vitamins and minerals. You can be a healthy weight and still be lacking in key nutrients. In fact, right now in America, Vitamin-D deficiency is recognized as an epidemic crisis in adults and children.

Our sports dietitian can help you in many ways like:

Lifestyle Management

When it comes to evaluating your current eating plan there isn’t a certain number on a scale or a specific pants size that will tell you if your current food intake is adequate in protein, carbohydrates, fat, essential vitamins and minerals. You can be at a healthy weight and still be lacking in key nutrients.

Are you always tired, have cravings that are out of control, want to make sure you can keep up with your kids and grandchildren, confused from all the misinformation out there, or want to learn how to eat out without ruining your eating plan?

Have our Sport Dietitian help you develop a program what will improve your quality of life. He will teach you when to eat (how often to eat), what to eat and why.
