We offer several weight areas that consist of strength equipment from Cybex, Hammer Strength, Nebula, StarTrac, Precor and LifeFitness. The equipment is simple to use with intuitive instructions and is set up for a full body workout. In our free weight area you can find an extensive selection of dumbbells, barbells, benches, squat and power racks.
Are you uncomfortable working out in a co-ed environment? Our circuit area is designed to burn fat and tone the body in only 30 minutes by incorporating strength and cardiovascular training in a comfortable and non-intimidating environment.
Enjoy this free standing boxing area featuring heavy bags, speed bags, medicine balls, jump ropes, etc.
Our cardio area offers treadmills, arc trainer ellipticals, stair masters, stair steppers, exercise bikes and rowing machines. You can watch a football game, catch up on your favorite soap, or tune in to a CD, on one of our manytelevisions and CD players while working up a sweat and burning calories.
Add a dose of high energy and motivation to your workouts with group fitness classes. NorthRidge Fitness’ dynamic classes are a fun and challenging alternative to any routine. More than 35 classes are offered weekly in one of our 3 studios. We have a variety of classes every day, from Body Pump, 30/30 to Pilates and Yoga so we are confident that NorthRidge Fitness has a class that will grab your interest.
