"CrossFit has been the best workout I have ever done. It has consistently challenged me. I am amazed at the changes in my body in the short time I have been doing the workouts. I've lost inches from my arms, waist, hips and thighs. I leave the gym each day knowing that I've had a great workout. I am stronger and in better shape than I have ever been. Danny and Chris are wonderful instructors and the group of people that I workout with are wonderful motivators. It is truly an addictive and effective workout. I can't imagine doing anything besides CrossFit!"
